Jeffrey Roth Jeffrey C. Roth is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, Harpur College, where he earned a B.A. with honors in political science. He received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1981 and served as an editor on the University of Miami Law Review. Mr. Roth is an AV rated commercial trial lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Florida, the U.S. District Court trial and bankruptcy bars of the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Fifth and Eleventh U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Mr. Roth has represented clients in a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters, business disputes, and real estate litigation, and has handled numerous trials and appeals in state and federal courts.

Mr. Roth's areas of expertise are complex commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy and business litigation, foreclosures, evictions, stockholder disputes, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and negotiation and drafting of employment agreements and stockholder agreements. He specializes in matters involving banking, commercial law, real estate, and collections.

Mr. Roth was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1981. He was also admitted shortly thereafter to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
